Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wag-a-doo Too.  We value our customers and aim to ensure that you are happy with every purchase.  If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchased items from Wag-a-doo Too you can return the product to us and we will replace it, or refund you, subject to the below terms. 
Please ensure when returning your products that they are packaged safely and securely and are thus protected during transit.

If you change your mind - unopened products


If you have changed your mind or the item purchased is not suitable, you can return unopened products to us for a refund or exchange.  Please ship unopened products back to us within 7 days of receiving your order, bearing all return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return or exchange please ensure that:
the product is in the same condition you received it, unopened, undamaged, and unused;
the product is in the original packaging with all seals and tags still intact;
email us at [email protected] to request your return within 7 days of delivery.
Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with return instructions.  Once the item has been returned to us, we will inspect the product to validate that it is in a saleable condition before issuing you a refund of your order, or exchange of the items purchased, less the courier’s shipping fee.

Exchanges (as above)


If a variant of the product purchased is not available, you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return.
We reserve the right to inspect the product(s) to validate your return. If you are unsure whether your item(s) are eligible for return, please contact us.

Received the incorrect product


If we accidentally delivered the wrong product to you, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge.  Once we have completed our inspection and validated the return, we will either deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available) or we will refund you with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return.

Products damaged upon delivery


Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery or collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery or collection.
We will arrange for collection of this product from you at no cost to you. Once we have completed our inspection of the product and have validated your return, we will replace the product as soon as possible (if we have the same replacement product in stock).  Otherwise, we will refund you with the purchase price of the product.

Defective products


Only detective products will be returnable after 7 days.
A defect means there is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
The following will not be regarded as defects and thus will result in products not being eligible for return:
damage arising from negligence, or incorrect usage of the product;
damage arising from failing to adequately care for the product;
where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you (unless returned within 7 days).

Refunds


Refunds are made to the original payment method, i.e. debit/credit card or banking details used when placing your order.
